Valentine's Day Paper Flowers

I have been wanting to decorate a wreath I already have for Valentine's Day, but I know I do not have a lot of free time to do it.  I came across this tutorial to make these beautiful but simple paper flower by Dozi Design.


Now to design the wreath.
